Many problems arise from stress, anxiety, trauma, habits, unhelpful thinking styles and maladaptive behaviours.  

We all find different ways of coping and not all of those ways are helpful in the long run.  Our problems can “show” in different ways: negative thinking, eating or weight issues, relationship difficulties, lack of confidence, fears or phobias, sleep problems and habits or addictions to name but a few.

These “things” can become so entrenched we end up believing “this is just something I have to live with“.  But it’s not.

Mind-body health

I am passionate about supporting people to harness and utilise the mind-body connection for optimal health.  

I have a specialism in working with fertility issues but also have experience of working with insomnia, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome, vaginitis, amenorrhea, endometriosis, skin conditions such as ezcema and psoriasis and inflammatory and autoimmune conditions.

There is an ever growing body of clinical research and evidence demonstrating the efficacy of mind-body medicine.

For example:  Harvard Medical School found that 55% of women (who were having difficulty conceiving) had a baby following treatment to overcome negative thought patterns and separate truth from fear – compared to 20% who received no treatment.
